ARIA Award Winning company snaps up JMC Students

Josh-(1).jpgGraduating in 2003 from the first digital television degree offered by JMC Academy and the University of New England, Joshua Ali walked straight out of his studies into a full time job in the Film Industry with the ARIA award-winning company, Babyfoot Productions.

Babyfoot Productions is famous for producing Delta Goodrem's Innocent Eyes DVD, the clip winning an ARIA for most requested video. Babyfoot Productions were also ARIA winners for Best Music Video with 1200 Techniques' Karma video clip. JMC Academy gave Joshua the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to get a job in the Digital Television industry.

Starting off in the industry as a roto artist and colour restoration artist, Joshua is now a junior compositor, colour grader and matte painter, currently working on Natasha Bedingfield's new music video.

Joshua is also supervising visual effects on a feature film waiting for funding approval by Columbia Pictures. Joshua is lucky enough to be working alongside some of the big names internationally and has been offered work overseas on feature films. JMC Academy is confident that we will see Joshua's name in the credits on future big films to hit the street.
