JMC Academy student, Elise Crone, was featured in the Herald Sun discussing how she enrolled at JMC to turn her passion into a career.

Elise explains, "for a long time, I didn't know what job I wanted to do but I knew that I loved music".
"Everywhere I went, whether a concert or listening to the band at church, I would hear music and think about how I wanted to change it".
It was only when she caught herself analysing the live music at a festival that she was alerted to the idea of becoming an audio engineer. Despite being June mid-semester, Elise enrolled and fast-tracked her studies in Audio Engineering and Sound Production.
As Australia's first institution to offer accredited courses in audio engineering, JMC Academy is helping Elise build essential expertise across a diverse range of projects in the growing field.
JMC wishes Elise all the best in her continued studies and career.
