Animation is no longer just a genre, it’s a medium and it has become the wonderchild of the creative sector. It's a global industry at which Australia excels – from ads to Oscar winners – with VFX and animation consumed worldwide in film and TV, on Stan, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and all the other streaming services, and increasingly on YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram.
The global animation market is projected to reach US$473.7 million by 2026, up from US$272.1 million in 2020, while in 2020, a record $56.9 billion was spent on gaming in the US, a 27 per cent increase from 2019. By 2024, the consumer gaming industry is expected to reach a value of $198 billion

No upfront course fees for Australian citizens with the Australian government FEE-HELP program (it's similar to HECS). Application required.
