Ana has trained at the Broadway Dance Centre, NYC and JMC Academy Sydney. Her performing experience spans over two decades. She has performed in theatre, and has toured the U.K, Europe, Australia and Asia. Her performing credits include Sweet Charity (Mark Pennell Producer), Dancing Man (David Atkins Ent), Sad Songs-Elton John, Peter Allan Concert Tour, Tina Arena Concert Tour and The Australian Film Institute Awards.

She has dance-captained for David Atkins Enterprises production of Dancing Man and has been Assistant Choreographer and Choreographer to many award-winning music videos including Girl’s Life by Girlfriend (BMG), Heartbeat by Girlfriend (BMG) , Poison by Bardot (Warner Music), and These Days by Bardot (Warner Music). Ana has choreographed a variety of styles and for a vast array of clients including VW China, The Australian 2013 Motor Show, Microsoft Windows 8, Microsoft TechEd 2013 for Jack Moreton, Australian Aria Awards, Australian Music Awards, Malaysian Basketball League, Malaysian Sunway Extravaganza, Dancers Night Club Singapore, MTV Hong Kong, MTV Australia, Cannel V Australia, HSBC Champions Golf 2014 and Vision House Trends Show 2014.

In 2000, Ana trained in Production Management and in Entertainment Business Management and consequently specialized in overseeing entire creative concepts for clients from conception to production and performance and managed both Australian and International bands for 15 years. Recently, Ana has produced segments of X-Factor Live, Australia.

Ana’s broad knowledge of theatre, dance, the music industry and production coordination makes her an invaluable asset to JMC Academy where she takes charge of all the band rehearsals, performances and day-to-day organization of the Ensemble Studies subject for the Bachelor of Music.

For the past 35 years, Rick has worked as a professional musician, spending five years (1982-1987) as a bass guitarist for Divinyls, and then in 1988 Rick began playing bass for the Hoodoo Gurus. From 1990 onwards Rick has been involved with a side project, Ghostwriters, along with Rob Hirst from Midnight Oil.

Rick has toured both Australia and internationally with the likes of Jimmy Barnes and Men at Work and produced albums such as ‘Caution: Life Ahead, Artists for Recovery’, a collection of Australian artists to raise awareness for drug rehabilitation.

He has been inducted twice into the ARIA Hall of Fame, in 2007 for his work with Hoodoo Gurus, and also in 2006 for his work with Divinyls. Recently, Rick and his legendary Aussie band, Hoodoo Gurus, have made it to the top 10 of the ARIA charts with the 40th-anniversary edition of their debut album, Stoneage Romeos.

At JMC Academy, Sydney Campus, Rick teaches Band Ensemble and encourages his students to follow their passions and always have commitment, creativity, and write original material.

Clio Renner is a Melbourne born pianist, vocalist and songwriter. Renowned as the go-to keyboardist and session vocalist for a roll-call of Australian rock royalty including Angus and Julia Stone, Missy Higgins, Deborah Conway, Tim Rogers, Bob Evans, Alex Lahey, Killing Heidi, G Flip, Lisa Mitchell, Olympia and Do Re Mi, Renner has been a fixture of SBS TV’s much-loved music show ‘Rockwiz’ houseband, and featured in the esteemed ‘Countdown’ band at the Sydney Opera House for the ABC’s 2017 and 2018 New Year’s Eve concert broadcast.

Following on from her acclaimed 2018 EP Something Left to Leave Behind, Clio released her debut album Nothing Breaks Nothing Mends during lockdown in 2020. The album received many accolades, including Album of the Week for the AU review, and most recently has been nominated as a finalist in the prestigious Vanda and Young Songwriting competition.

Paul Aiden is a London-born producer, artist, and songwriter now based in Sydney, working internationally across a diverse range of genres, including EDM, folk, rock, R&B, and pop. Initially signed as a recording artist with Universal Music Australia, Paul has since built a successful career writing and producing for other artists while also featuring on numerous global releases.

His songwriting and production credits include multiple charting singles across the UK, North America, and Europe, with highlights such as a #2 hit in the USA, a #3 in Canada, and top placements in Denmark, Romania, and Brazil. His work has amassed over 250 million streams worldwide and has been featured in Billboard USA and other international publications.

Beyond his work in songwriting and production, Paul is deeply involved in artist development, having played a key role in securing record deals for platinum selling artists such as Dean Lewis and Callum Scott. His ongoing contributions to the music industry make him a valuable mentor and educator, bringing real-world experience to his role at JMC Academy.
