Student Portals
You’ll have access to three key student portals for your studies.
*Please note that you must submit all enrolment documents before you can access your student portals.
Find Your Portals HereAs a JMC Student, you will have access to Office 365, which includes your new Student Email account as well as all other Microsoft Office Applications. As part of your account, you will also have access to Microsoft Teams, which you will use to communicate with your lecturers and fellow classmates. Please monitor your emails and Teams accounts regularly.
(Please note that accessing Microsoft 365 can take up to 24 hours after activation).
Paradigm allows you to view course and enrolment details, including unit codes, start and end dates, grades, your timetable, and more. This is also where you will select and self-enrol in your classes for the trimester.
Canvas is your hub for detailed unit information, assessment submissions, results, and feedback from lecturers. You'll receive your login details a little closer to your start date!
Self-Enrolment & Unit Selection
Self-enrolment is where you get to select your units and where available, class session times. You will need to log into your Paradigm account to self-enrol.
Reach out to your Onboarding Advisor if you need a hand.
Student ID Card
Your Student ID card is essential for accessing campus buildings and resources. Submit a clear photo of yourself, and we’ll have your ID card ready for collection during Orientation. You'll need your Student ID Number handy which can be found in your Welcome Letter.
