Your School, Your Stage: Event Design
Event Design
Ever imagined putting on your own event at your school and being the person behind the idea? In this challenge, students step into the role of an event producer and design an original entertainment event that could realistically take place at their school. This could include a live music event, musical, film screening night, gaming or esports event, multidisciplinary arts event, or another creative entertainment experience designed for the school community.
Things to include:
- What is the name of the event?
- What is the event about and what will happen on the day or night?
- Where at your school would this event take place?
- Who is the event for?
- Is the event free or ticketed?
- How would the event be promoted to attract an audience?
- A poster advertising the event.
Think about the style of event you want to create and how you would bring it to life through planning, branding, and promotion. The mandatory submission requirements are the information listed above, however you are welcome to include additional material that supports your idea, such as a schedule, site map, or extra promotional content.
Please limit your entry to no more than four pages in PDF format. If you choose to create a short promotional video, include a link within the PDF.
