A Community of Creatives

JMC is a place where creative energy thrives. You’ll connect with people who share your curiosity and passion - collaborating on projects, forming bands, starting businesses, and building friendships that last long after graduation.

JMC Academy has provided me with the ability to recognise good opportunities, to not shy away from the challenging ones and to be adaptable to changes in the industry.

Reassurance of contemporary best practice learning

Our courses undergo regular and thorough review to ensure programs are current and that they continue to meet the needs of industry. This process is overseen by renowned members of both industry and academia who form our 'curriculum advisory' committees. Programs are assessed for their focus on emerging industry trends and application of leadership skills. This has resulted in job-ready graduates who are able to handle projects with skill and confidence.

Good partnerships create great internships

Our internship program is built on the unique industry relationships we have built over the many years with our partners. Students engage in real placements across reputable and established companies including major recording studios, commercial radio and TV networks, content production and design studios, major labels, festivals and major sporting events.

We are particularly proud to work with many outstanding charities, not for profit, social and cultural  organisations in the internship mix. Our students are enriched and humbled by the experience gained on these projects.
