Laneway Festival Placement Application

We’re throwing the gates open to all current JMC students across our campuses in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane who are interested in gaining some hands-on industry experience working as a part of the Laneway Festival team! 

• Entries close [pending date] 2026
• Open to current JMC students only
• These are unpaid opportunities
• Successful students to be available for online onboarding briefing in January 2027. Exact date and time to be confirmed. 
• Successful applicants are responsible for their own transport to and from the event.
• Shift times may vary; however, students should expect to work approximately 8 hours per day.
• All successful applicants will be notified by email no later than Friday, 5th December. If you have not received an email from JMC by that date, unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion. We truly appreciate the time and effort you put into your application.
