The 2015 February trimester saw three JMC Academy Entertainment Business Management students set off to the Netherlands on a student exchange program. JMC was also pleased to receive three Fontys University Academy of Creative Industries students for the same trimester.
Each student completed one full trimester of study at their exchange institution. This is the second year of the exchange program and the first time that our Brisbane campus received Fontys students.
JMC student Chloe Taylor says, ‘My exchange with Fontys University has been the most amazing experience. I have seen and done things I never thought I could and made so many new friends!
Chloe also took the opportunity to visit other European countries while on the exchange.
Fontys student Paul Koolen says ‘At JMC Academy I expanded my knowledge and they gave me a solid understanding of the music and event industry.
Paul is currently making the most of his stay by travelling up to tropical north Queensland.
The student exchange program is offered to all Entertainment Business Management Bachelor degree students. Participants may receive a travel grant that covers approximately half of their anticipated costs.
