“When tasked with this assessment I found myself having a great deal of trouble with drawing perspective and getting an appealing angle to make my panels a lot more interesting. I found that utilizing the program Sketch Up I was able to play around with 3d settings similar to that of my comic, this was helpful in getting those tricky angles I had previously tried to draw with no avail. Another problem that came later on was the difficulty of hand drawing my comic and trying to ink using a pen and marker as opposed to digitally. I found I had to be careful with smudging the pages and had to try really had not to make errors, if I could go back in time I would have probably decided to do the whole comic digitally.”

Panel Layouts created using Sketch up and Photoshop.

“In Conclusion I had a blast with this assessment there still a lot of things I wish I could work on, I had fun making this little comic and would definitely would like to do this again in my own spare time"
