World Mental Health Day

The 10th of October is World Mental Health Day. We hope you can join us to watch student films and enjoy some popcorn. Don’t forget mental health resources are available in the library and at Admin. 


12:00pm - Watch some JMC made short films that touch on important topics including mental health, and much more + popcorn (Library)

Meditation Sessions

ALL DAY- Book out a meeting room and take half an hour to yourself listening to a guided meditation (Library)

  • Happiness Board - Add to our Happiness Board all week! Grab a post-it note and tell us what makes you happy! (Campus Entrance)
