What is VTAC?

The Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) is the central office that administers the application and offer process for places in tertiary courses at university, TAFE and independent tertiary colleges in Victoria (and a few outside Victoria). VTAC receives and forwards application information and supporting documentation to the course selection authorities at institutions. After selection decisions have been made by the course authorities at institutions, VTAC sends offer letters to successful applicants on the institutions’ behalf.

Year 12 students

If you are in Year 12 looking to apply for February 2018, you must apply through VTAC. We will then contact you to interview with us, and if you are applying for music an audition will be scheduled. This will ensure that we are quickly able to process your enrollment ahead of other applicants as soon as offers are released.

To set up an interview or audition, please put an application through VTAC, one of our future student advisors will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

To set up an interview, please contact the Melbourne Student Recruitment team on Melbourne@jmc.edu.au or phone (03) 9624 2929.
