JMC students head to London for the Nando's Music Exchange

A handful of JMC Academy Melbourne students have been exclusively invited to an all-expenses paid, once in a lifetime music exchange hosted by Nando's!

nandosmx.jpgAs the only institute in Australia to be invited, 6 JMC students have the opportunity to go to London’s Roundhouse to collaborate with students from England and South Africa, working with other musicians and professionals to write, record and perform original work.

Through JMC Academy tutor’s industry connections, students have been provided this incredible opportunity to fly to London from July the 23rd for a week of connecting and collaborating with musicians from around the world.

You will be able to follow their journey over on Snapchat as student Isaac Liew takes over JMC’s account ‘jmcacademy’ for the week to give you a behind-the-scenes peek at the trip!

“It is very rare that a company wants to invest so much time and resources in making intercontinental collaborations for young music industry practioners possible.  We thank Nando’s, The Roundhouse and Mushroom Group for making this opportunity possible for JMC students.  We look forward to continuing to participate in this growing program.”

The six lucky students who were selected include Daniel Lee, Daniel Roughley, Emanuel Zhuang, Issac Liew, Tanika Uniake and Zoe Marshall.
